B. Points Structure
I. The following points structure will be used to score the 2008 season at BKC. 1st place will receive 200 points plus kart count. 2nd place receives 190+, 3rd place receives 180+. 4th place and lower will receive 5 points less than the kart finishing in the place in front of them.
Example: 15 karts enter the race. The 1st place kart will receive 215 points. 2nd receives 205, 3rd receives 195, 4th receives 190, 5th 185, 6th 180 and so on down to last place points.

II. The following scoring structure will be used at all BKC club races. If a driver takes the green and checkered flag, he/she will receive points as per their finishing order. If a driver takes the green flag and drops from the race he/she will receive last place points. If more than one kart drops from the race, he/she will be scored according to the order in which the karts dropped from the race. If a kart does not take the green flag, that kart scores zero points for the event. Exceptions will be made for the Jr.1 and kid kart classes.
